After moving country recently I am now back on the app and back on my workouts but I simply just can not control my diet 😭😭😭🥲 I keep comfort eating and it’s taking me further and further away from my goals. I have put on 7kg since moving here and it’s time to lose it but I really lack discipline in the diet department… pls help a girl out and send me some deficit tips & how to stay disciplined and not end up eating 700 calories of snacks every night 🥲🙏🏼
