Hi gang, So I’ve had a good week this week, managed to do 7 workouts all in all, over 5 days, totalling 4 hours, feeling quite good about it! (See my weekly rundown below): Monday: 45 min Full Body vs HIIT (Sinead)✅ **Stretch**✅ 15,064 steps Tuesday: 45 min Time Under Tension Lower Body (Sinead)✅ **Stretch**✅ 10,519 steps Wednesday: 45 min Upper Body Circuits (Sinead)✅ **Stretch**✅ 10,489 steps Thursday: 30 min B2B Booty (Sinead) ✅ 15 mins Core on the Floor (Sinead)✅ **Stretch**✅ 12,582 steps Friday: Trip into town (Covent Garden) to see London Transport Museum with my kiddies - **REST DAY** 10,408 steps Saturday: 30 min Sweat (Ciara)✅ 30 min Strength (Ciara)✅ 14,135 steps Sunday: **REST DAY** 9,517 steps I hope I can keep this up, really want to target my abs better than ever before this time, but can’t seem to master some of the technique and form, even stamina, which is probably why I can’t get the shape and toning that I want. Plus I’ve been feeling nauseous on and off, not any sort of illness I don’t believe, just don’t know why I’ve been this way which is an additional frustration. But I will never give up. I will keep going, keep on moving, because this is ultimately the direction I want to be headed in. With hard work, I keep telling myself that I’ll get to where I wanna be someday.
