After finishing off with Friday finishers last Wk I did & 30 mins on Sat - we start Wk 7 strong!!! Mon - full body with hit !!! 45 mid the extra 15 mins stomach πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ wanted to start off Mon strong & wow what a session that was !!!! The body was tired & woke up mentally feeling frustrated but so much better feeling after a workoutπŸ™πŸ½ Tues - Leg Day all of the weights are always out on this day!! As I try & push myself especially doing hip thrusts pushing 22kg!!!Talk about out of body experience as you hear Cici shouting instructions to keep going!!πŸ’–πŸ’¦πŸ’¦
