SEPTEMBER MEANS BACK TO WORK TIME! 🥲💪 As much as we loved our summer training plan - we always knew September would swing around fast, and with that being said - it’s time to get back to work on @bodybyciaraapp 🔥 As it’s the first week of reality we are easing you back in nicely this week before we start throwing challenges your way 🔑 We understand that while loads of you still train at home with us, equally loads of you are regularly taking us to the gym with you these days - so we have decided to make the workout decision that little bit easier for you 👏 We have split our workouts clearly to show you which workouts are designed best to be used in the gym 🏋️‍♀️ and which workouts are perfect for a blast at home 🏡 We want you to use this to switch up your training - why not trial a new trainer, who you don’t usually train with, if they are offering a gym style workout when you’re in the gym!? Want a quick blast at home - give that days home workout a go 🔥 We are also aware that jumping back into grind mode can be overwhelming - so we will also be taking sundays as a rest day across the board - so that you can really focus on working when it’s work time, and resting on your rest day 👏 The timetable is updated under the Timetable tab on the Home Screen each week, take a minute to plan your workouts for this week - live or pre-recorded switch it up, because from next week we will be going even harder 🎯 So with that being said: Are you team home!?
