Has anyone ever had, or has a ganglion on their wrist? Mine is relatively new and is really starting to hurt and Iβm now finding it hard to do things like renegade rows or try to up my weights when I want to (gripping is getting harder). Went to see my GP today about it and he says they no longer recommend removing/extracting it as it can come back and itβs too invasive a procedure so can damage tendons. He says I will need to leave it well alone and wait for it to disappear itself which could take years, especially if I am someone who uses their hands a lot for daily things which presents a problem. Does anyone have any tips/advice on what to do? I DO NOT want to compromise my chances of improvement in working out so any input is hugely appreciated!! P.S. huge apologies to anyone who is squeamish looking at the photo π©π€¦π»ββοΈ Much love to you all π
