Ok so I just wanna put this out there: I absolutely LOVED Sinead’s Upper Body from yesterday, the standing hip dips (and new backwards ones!!), the Russian twists, the side plank variations, raises, jabs, omg omg everything and I feel incredible!! It’s worked every part of my body that I wanted to work on, and I even went back to using my 10kgs part way through the workout for the first time in aaaaages (long story), @Sineadtrains @Body By Ciara Official pretty please can we do this exact same one for weeks to come? Sinead you’re so right if we continue with these kind of workouts like you did in this one I just know I personally will see a change in my shape, I’m so excited!!
