HIIT is probably my biggest challenge. I like it in combo with weights but alone - not so much.So thought this week might be a struggle, however I got it done. (6/6). Monday - rest day Tuesday - leg day with Sinead 45 mins Wednesday - Hitt vs weights with Ciara 60 mins from Monday (tough but good - felt that one for days). Thursday - Glutes with Sinead 30 mins/ Abs with Sinead 15 mins. Friday - Hiit vs Abs with Ms Fit Queen 30 mins (love that class). Saturday - Sweat with Ciara 30 mins (my god the sweat). Sunday - Legs, Glutes and Abs with Asha 60 mins.
