The newest member to the Body By Ciara crew and he doesn't even know it yet 🙌🏻 🥰 started my Friday with a 7am @Sineadtrains pre and postnatal workout and by 4pm, he had arrived. Friday was a whirlwind 😂 Mia now has someone else to share her enthusiasm of laying down on my mat whilst I workout 😂
