Day 2 at my fabulous place 😍😍 @The Real Gym Guy was not playing the 😅😅 I got there 3o mins before had to get my pre workout from H&B🏋🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️ Feel good if not sore - reality check when you go BodyHQ ✅ you know that elevation needs to happen next couple of months left for 2023 (scary) but we finish better than when we started!!
