Happy Saturday - thought it would be hard to get up today but woke up naturally anyway- so my bum had to get working out!! Sophie took the rains for Ciara and she was smiling but we knows what that means😵😵😵 miss the start so jump in the strength class first ✅ Then did Hit & bands!!!! Let’s just say #Dontyou just loveBurpee Wowwwe that was no joke!!!! My cardio is slowly improving- damnnnnn that woke me up!! I’m glad I did it after the Strength session.. otherwise I would be crying 🤣🤣
