Hi guys, Im seeing an interesting conversation on insta about squeezing glutes at the top of an exercise. Apparently its pointless and strains your lower back, personally I like a good 2 second squeeze on all lower body movements and I never hyperextend. Would love to hear you guys perspective, especially the trainers. I do know the lady trainers do promote squeezing, what do the guys @MIKE FITNESSS @The Real Gym Guy think?
