WOOOOOOO WOOOOOOO WOOOOOOO Friday Finishers - with Sinead she went in hardddddddddd 😳😳😳 not sure what she had before but no MERCY was left at the door!!!!! 🚪 Not sure how I kept up but needed to have a serious sweat as coughin last night!! Let’s just say for the week of training this was the icing on the cake!! Early to bed tonight!!! So needed Not sure how I did 5 straight days🤯🤯 might even try Sat morning get loss joking!!😜😜
