So early hours of Tuesday morning my husband had to rush me into hospital after being sick for 4 hours and being in excruciating pain in my stomach… I have been in here ever since still in pain and only just stopped being sick yesterday around 1pm I have nothing left in me 😢…… Turns out it’s my appendix and I’m now waiting for surgery today, absolutely gutted this has happened as I am not one to lay around and make sure I get my workout and walk in everyday but I know health is wealth and I need to get this sorted….. I will make sure I come back stronger just a little blip in the road….. enjoy the workouts this week I will try and watch from the sideline 💪🏼💪🏼💕💕
