Those that followed my gymshark66 journey and my running pledge, I’m still going with it! Doing 2 runs a week, one for 30 mins and one for 5km! Today was a beautiful day and I’ve just completed my 30 min run for this week, face looking the same colour as my T-shirt 🤣🥵 If you seriously want to get into running I highly recommend the couch to 5k app which is what I used throughout the gymshark challenge. I was one of those people that said “I can’t run” “I’m not ever gonna be able to run a 5k” but I challenged myself and look at me now! Basically what I’m saying is you CAN do it, you can do anything you put your mind to! ❤️❤️❤️
