Not quite the sweaty selfie, this was taken 2 hours after doing a workout 😂 both kids woke up, had to be changed, fed and played with before I could even consider taking a shower let alone a photo 😂😂 After not being able to do a workout yesterday; one baby refusing to nap and the other child acting like a bull in a china shop 😂 I reclaimed my sanity through todays workout with @Ciara London and @Sineadtrains so today was exactly what I needed mentally more than physically 🙌🏻 thank you ladies 🫶🏻
