Leg Day - Tuesday was no joke but felt so good catching the lives!! But I know I can go heavier 🏋🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️ UPPER BODY VS BOXING 🥊 🔥 Cut and shred style 📝 - today!! All I can say my arms are slowly coming back to life after today mad sessions!!! Had to take out the 4,6&8kg Not sure what Ciara was on bout 30 counts🙈🙈 I was screaming at the telly & calling Jesus for help😃😃
