Hello! First day of the plan but I’m just wondering, is there an actual weekly plan that we can look at and download, along with the nutrition examples as I can’t see anything. Unless I’m being a little silly. For example, I’m not sure how many days a week I should be doing for the cut and shred (Sineads one) and so on! Thank you in advance. LET’S GO AND SMASH IT!!!
