Finally finding that having Monday as a rest day and playing catch up the rest of the week is working so much better for me. Out of the house at work 13/14 hours a day Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Means full body, leg, booty and finishers all fall on days off and upper on a Thursday after work is doable. Doing them when not exhausted means a much better work out. Really enjoying cut and shred now after the shock of the first few weeks 💪🏼
