Good morning so my check in since starting Jan 1. At the moment I’m doing the 12week booty programme twice a week and the upper sculpt workouts twice a week and here are results over the last 4 weeks. I cant wait to finish this and jump into the cut and shred. Shout out to @Sineadtrains because each time I’m about to quit she screams COME ON!! And @MIKE FITNESSS he’s upper body sessions kill me. Honestly waking up at 5am jumping on here and doing a lot out has now become routine. Still a long way to go but here is the progress so far. I know it’s not major change but so excited to see what changes will happen in the total 12weeks 🥹
