Itβs officially Week 5, which means we are entering a new phase of the @bodybyciaraapp gym programmes! π₯ We have seen you working super hard Weeks 1-4, and now we are going adapt your training plans, for the next 4 weeks, so make sure when you wake up tomorrow morning - you have a look through the programmes. We believe that consistency is key and nutrition and training go hand in hand to achieve results, but we also understand that you may need a little switch up with your meals, so we have added some additional dinner recipe options for this phase - head to the bottom of the nutrition lesson in your guide to find your recipe cards for these! π Next Sunday we will be holding a week 5 check in - to find out how you have adjusted to new exercises. For those of you who are following the guides via our live workouts, your coaches will talk you through the workouts tomorrow! The foundation is built, the hardest part (getting started) is over - now we get fitter and stronger than we ever have been before! Itβs time to start seeing results - so make sure you have taken you progress pictures TONIGHT so we can see the changes we make across the next 4 weeks ππ― And don't forget to hold yourself accountable by planning your weekly workouts, and ticking them off!
