*ignore the ugly house reno decor 🤣* BUT I am loving the growth of this plan!! I have gone from barely being able to do x2 7.5kg dumbbells on split squats, to comfortably doing x2 12.5kg in just over 4 weeks! I have weirdly lost 3kg in weight but I’m not mad about that 🩷 @Ciara London @deletedmember your workouts have been the best!
