S N O W ❄️ D A Y So in the North East we have snow/sleet. I made sure I got myself to the gym before I hibernate at home. Today is my last session for the week as I train from Sunday to Thursday but tomorrow I will try @Sineadtrains pilates. The past 2 weeks I have noticed I'm not aching in my glutes or legs anymore even though I'm using heavier weights. I'm so confused?!
