CONFIDENCE 💫❤️ Today was the the first day that I walked through the whole of the gym without my oversized t-shirt covering me. My anxiety with the amount of weight I had lost over last 2 months and getting back to the gym was weighing on me. I was always in the back or in the corner hiding away doing my workout. Today is the first day where I have seen some slight changes and my confidence has hit the roof. I can't wait to see the end results and grateful for @Body By Ciara Official ❤️
