Absolutely loving the guides and really enjoying the pace of the workouts on FB growth guide seen some great results so far 😊 I wanted to ask on the leg days where to add quad focused exercises, Im doing lots on the glutes/hammys and my gym doesn't have a lot of option in terms of a quad curl machine etc could front squats work instead?
