Early bird catches the worm π 6am session complete. I have been working late this week and it has really messed up my training. So had 2 sessions to do this morning upper and lower. Really pushed myself today especially on legs and I feel so much stronger going from x2 10kg DB on RDL to now x2 14kg DB. I'm getting there! Looking forward to a new week xππΎβ€οΈ
