TEAM NO SLEEP My partner is doing Ramadan and his alarm woke me up at the early hours this morning.... so I went to the gym at 4.30am π€£ its getting earlier every week. I was there for a while. Caught up on Wednesday and Thursdays plan added a bit more back exercises as I really want definition on my back. I'm actually amazed that I have commited to this plan. Legs have a slight curve in the inner thighs... ππΎ hoping by the end I wont have thigh gap!! Looking forward to going hard again this week! Happy Sunday π«β€οΈ
