Wow. Just caught up on the bank holiday workout. It humbled me. I’ve been out of action for 2.5 weeks. Life finally got the better of me. It’s been hard for the last few months but everything culminated 10 days ago with losing my dog. It broke me. I developed an abscess on my gums from clenching my jaw so much from stress and had a huge dose of antibiotics for the infection which have knocked me about. Then at the end of my prescription my period arrived. I’ve had zero in the tank. But new month, new week. I’ve started talking to someone for help with my stress, grief and anxiety issues and I’m going to ease myself back into workouts. Slowly does it. Burnout is not fun ladies. Look after yourselves. Also who’s going on the #retreat?
