All I can say Pilates is no joke!!! At HQ on Tuesday evening!! @Lauren Mads makes the moves look so easy - 👀👀 side eye!!! But I keep comin back for more - crazy or what!! Totally a different experience but a good one!! Friday rest Day - also going to get my hair done🤩🤩
