Second day of Ramadan fasting done (2/30). Reducing my time working out but the goal is still to do something daily for at least 30 mins. Yesterday I did a saved Ciara 30’min AMRAP and today Sinead’s 20 min booty and 10 min HIIT. I prefer doing them just before eating as after I eat, I get tired. I’m expecting my body to get used to the flipped eating pattern and maybe I can manage 60 min classes in the final two weeks, but even if not I’m still very happy with 30 a day. How are other fasting squaddies doing?
