This week has been a bit slower as my energy levels where really low - normally early mornings with Sinead but boy missed the session & slept a little bit longer did it make me feel better not really. So steps at HQ on Thursday what a class it’s so enjoyable and you don’t realise how many calories you’re burning. Saturday session two 30 mins session with Ciara - sweat & strength- glad she was as sleepy as me! I was only suppose to do 30 mins of Asha class!! Not sure how I survived that one maybe cause I’m on a mission to get better legs 4 summer😎😎😎☀️👙👙
