Wowww not sure what happened this week- session @ HQ wiped me the f…, out!!! I felt that I had taken how many steps back 😳😳 it’s weird- you think your getting fitter then a class just wreck havoc in your head!!!! Loved it with my gyals Asha & Sophie😄😄🥰🥰 But body was in bits!!! Wednesday upper body with Sinead Thursday morning with Sinead Then I physically was still sore the DOMS where laughin at me - while tryin to sweat out😷😷
