This took a lot of courage to post but here it goes.. today I came across a photo I took in July 2020.. The photo on the right was taken yesterday. It made me really happy to see how far I've come and finally feel confident in my own body. Since having my third child I have hated my body underneath clothes and never felt comfortable wearing certain things! I am so happy how far i have come. I am so thankful I joined this Squad and for the amazing trainers we have on here! I will continue my journey until the very end! I am also so glad I feel comfortable in posting underwear/bikini photos on here as I would NEVER post anything like this on my social media 💖🙏🏼
