My aim was to train 5 days Mon- rest Tues- Pilates HQ ouchhh Wed - upper body Ciara live Thurs- steps @Cele-Lou ππ Fri- upper vs lower with @deletedmember I still have 1 more session at BodyHQ Saturday ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈππ½ππ½ helppppppπ€©π€©π³π³ As we start a new month time to stay focus switch up my training days again.
