YESSSSS to a new Month JUNE woww month of happiness, good health, better opportunities, better sleep habits,staying consistent in my daily workouts!! My challenge this month is to add daily walks even if 30 mins im walking daily. I am also checking out swimming classes as I aim to be in the sea more this year✈️✈️✈️ Monday full body & hit ✅😳😳 with Sinead that hurt!!!! As was still waking up. What a good session that woke me up .. Tuesday- Legs 7am & Pilates @ Body HQ
