This week OMGGGGGGGGG My body after Step with @Cele-Lou & Ciara yes yes yes 💋💋💋 class was crying so couldn’t even get up Friday for Asha morning class!!🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ So Saturday I had to get up & do Ciara two 30 mins sessions soooo happy as not sure I could’ve lasted for a full hour especially using the 10kg weights what the fudge!!!! 5 sessions this wk✅😊😆 happy but just a little tired. Massage pending Now she need an early night 🛌🛌
