Hi, I’m still new to Body By Ciara but I love the variety of workouts available so far. I’ve lost some fitness due to normal life stresses and mild chronic fatigue affecting my ability to have a regular workout pattern, and i really want to get back into things again. I’ve been previously doing spin classes (I have an indoor bike at home which i do enjoy) but i haven’t done strength workouts or other workouts than yoga since before lockdown when i was going to the gym. Do you have any recommendations on good workouts to try as there’s a lot of choice? I’ve done some step classes and loved those (as uncoordinated as I felt though) and I have bought the bands. My initial priorities are improving my fitness and weight/fat loss. I noticed a lot of programmes like summer shape up are on phase 3 which i was a bit worried would be too intense right away, or do I need to do the other phases first? Also, quick query on weights. I only have the bands and access to 1.5, 3 and 5kg dumbbells at the moment - is that okay for workouts that say weights. Some of the video previews look like they need heavier weights I wouldn’t have right now so I’m not sure if I can do those ones? Really looking forward to exploring the app more and hopefully making some lives soon. P.S hope this post was okay/posted in right place
