Hi to all the trainers - I wanted to feedback a bit if that is ok! Hopefully you can see my message: For the strength exercise classes (e.g., leg day, upper body and booty workouts) where we use weights and reps, I find that the pace all most workout are quite fast and as a result of me trying to catch up I am loosing the right form and technique just so that I am not far behind. I was wondering if it could be a slight slower so we can really focus of form and technique please?
