Ok so I was doing Upper Body Pyramids with @Sineadtrains on catch up, using my 7.5’s for the first time on this type of workout since starting back two weeks ago (so proud of myself as this was a real push for me and did it! What a session!! 💪🏼) …… aaaaaand somewhere in the middle I picked one up wrong and dropped it at a bad angle on my right ring finger pretty bad!! Feels pretty bruised up and very sore, initially wasn’t looking too bad but now it’s swelled a bit tonight and very slightly worried, anyone ever done this before? Tried putting ice on it earlier but not sure it’s helped much, anyone have any advice? It’s so ironic, I literally just came back from a musculoskeletal appointment for my left middle finger (my good hand) and I’m on the brink of being diagnosed with trigger finger and possible treatment I’ll need for it… then this. Dearest Universe, what are you doing to me?!? 😫🤦🏻♀️
