Heyyyyyy I have not updated my weekly training- but I have gone back to HQ & home training. Itβs been hard doing the early morining but I am finishing August on point @ been doing the challenges on catch up πππ€¦π½ββοΈπ€¦π½ββοΈ So this week HQ live at 12 with Asha so good - not sure how I did it but the after effects have kicked in. Tues - leg day @ HQ with Asha π³π³ Wednesday- upper body & challenge with Ciara wowww okay now. Thurs maybe rest day or 45 mins with Sinead??
