New week - New challenge👏🏽👏🏽 After a stressful Monday I received some wonderful news!!! My gyal @Meena R said you won- 🏆🏆🎉🎉 I replied won what 😁😁 I screamed as I realised I won the 6 weeks challenge meee- as my madam normally never wins anything 😘😘. Thank u to all the trainers that push us each day, week& month. Ciara has made a real community at Body HQ which has allowed me to challenge myself & love the process of staying fit, but also mind, body & soul🫶🫶💙💙🥰🥰
