Sprained my elbow skating with the kids 😝 So this week I can’t lift heavy weights 🙇♀️ But I figure something is better than nothing - so I’m focusing on my form and going as deep in my squats as ciara - and that’s another kind of burn 🔥 Even did the sprint on the treadmill which is not at all my weapon of choice 🥵 Something about rolling with life’s punches and that’s getting you somewhere new 😍
