Hey guys half way thru the week and started off Monday with full body at 12 I am starting to love working out on Monday but know it won’t last long as back to work soon so will have to get up early 6am sessions πŸ˜³πŸ™πŸ½ or after work so not to lose out on my progress!!! Miss out on leg day 😭😭 but ended up doing finally 11,000 steps - probably the mad cross country to South London & back🀣🀣. (Body is in bits) then upper body stamina with Patty ouch ouch ouch - it was fast pace & not sure where she got some of those moves from but if it allows me to finally allows me to have a sexy back for Xmas πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½
