Hello all, looking for a recommendation….have tripped on the stairs and have a bit of a sore foot, nothing serious but probably a good idea not to jump around for a few days….can anyone recommend some workouts I can do that are low impact, and not too fast paced so I can focus on form and balance for a few days xxx Thank you!
