I've started the Strong Leg workout. I prefer to workout from the gym, I can follow the workouts better using this breakdown. I struggling with Deadlifts... feel like I'm doing it wrong... on the Single Leg Barbell Romanian Deadlift omgaaaa this was hard for me... perhaps I need do with dumbbells instead? any tips tricks ? x
