This week has been hard 🤧🤧 I have missed my early morning sessions with Sinead😊😊coughing up me guts all week!!!!! Not sure where it came from 🤒🤒 probably Sat when me & my sister went out & nearly got blown away!!!! Hopefully gonna try & do Sat mornings as those are 30 mins🙏🏽🙏🏽 #thiscoldbegone
