Is anyone else taking double the time suggested to complete the workouts in the gym guides? E.g. just started the cut and shred programme after 2 months of the bulk, so am feeling the fittest I ever have - but did the first full body in sinead’s series and hadn’t finished after 2 hours ^^ I am broken today (in a good way) but am struggling to keep up with 2+ hour workouts time wise… any advice!? Are those workouts truly designed to be 45-60 mins or was anyone else taking longer too? 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 P.s : same with bulk guide, suggested workout time was 60mins - I was always closer to 2 hours
