My journey this year has gone as follows; Started the year strong and upped my workouts to 6 a week which I loved and felt fit but my stubborn weight stayed the same. Then in July I went back to intermittent fasting alongside my workouts and slowly the weight started to drop. End of August I ended up with a bad knee injury, but I still moved my body everyday, kept to my fasting and continued to lose weight. I was out from my usual workouts for a good 5 weeks - this was devastating. Anyway got back into it as soon as I could, but just kept to 4/5 workouts a week alongside my fasting and here I am a year later, finally after 2 years at the same weight, I finally lost 1 stone 2lbs. Still a long way to go, but I have no goal. Just to keep doing as I am and see where it goes! I LOVE this App and NEVER regret a workout! Bring on 2025 🎉💪🏼
