Woww this week I have tried to do my days but missed Monday so was determined to do Tuesday morning with Sinead!! Weds - only did 20 mins in the morinin but 8000 steps Thurs - drove like a mad woman to get to HQ for Boxing need to punch something after the stressful day Friday - rest day - at the hairdresser π€© walked the long way home! Saturday- didnβt want to but up @9am 30 mins sweat π³ππ³ / then 30 mins strength Sun - aiming to do Pilates β β β & make smarter food choices!!
