Woww this week I have tried to do my days but missed Monday so was determined to do Tuesday morning with Sinead!! Weds - only did 20 mins in the morinin but 8000 steps Thurs - drove like a mad woman to get to HQ for Boxing need to punch something after the stressful day Friday - rest day - at the hairdresser 🀩 walked the long way home! Saturday- didn’t want to but up @9am 30 mins sweat πŸ˜³πŸ™ˆπŸ˜³ / then 30 mins strength Sun - aiming to do Pilates βœ…βœ…βœ… & make smarter food choices!!
