Woww this week was a hard one but we keep pushing thru!!! I am aiming to stick to Two days at HQ with Monday - 7am early with Sinead Tuesday- Leg Day & HQ felt better but legs were still hurting days later Wed - rest day but got my steps in Thursday - Boxing where my buddies was our crazy trainer @Ciara London who pushed me but also nearly gave me a black eye🤣🤣 Friday - upper & lower Saturday- 30 mins sweat & 30 strength I’m knackered 🤣🤣🤣
