Just had a steroid injection into my left (good) hand and just been told I can’t work out for at least a week to avoid any kind of damage 😭😭😭 So looks like I’m out for a while, will have to just walk it instead to get my steps in, here’s hoping after this I’ll have a better working hand which seems to have aged so much over the past couple of years… See you all hopefully soon, and praying I won’t be missing much…. Gutted 💔💔
